This policy explains what data Fleetys collects, why, where it is stored and what you can do about it. Fleetys is a fleet management app used by car rental companies in the United Arab Emirates. It applies to the Fleetys iPhone app and to this website.
Who is responsible
Fleetys is operated by TWELVE CAR RENTAL CO. L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai (Commercial License No. 1281752, Commercial Register No. 2171313), Office 11-306, Rigga Business Centre, Al Muraqqabat, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, P.O. Box 145020. Each rental company that uses Fleetys decides what data about its own customers it records. For that data, the rental company is the controller and Fleetys processes it on its behalf. For the account data of Fleetys users and for requests sent through this website, Fleetys is the controller.

We do not sell data, we do not show ads and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Where data is stored
Data is stored with Supabase, in its Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region, in a database where each company's data is kept separate and is only visible to that company's members. Files (photos, documents, logos) are stored privately and opened through short-lived links.
Service providers
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
- Expo: delivery of push notifications.
- Stripe: subscription payments on this website. Fleetys never sees your full card number.
- Anthropic: only when you choose to import free text (notes, a pasted bank statement), that text is sent to Anthropic's API to be read. It is not used to train models.
How long we keep data
Data is kept while the company's account is active. If a company closes its account, its data is deleted within 90 days, after the company has had the chance to export it. Demo requests are deleted after 12 months without follow-up.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. A rental company can export all its data from the app at any time. If you are a customer of a rental company, contact that company first; we will help them answer your request.
