I forgot my password

Message us on WhatsApp from the number linked to your company and we will send you a reset link by email.

How do I add a team member?

In the app, go to More → Team, enter their email and choose their role. They join your company as soon as they create their Fleetys account with that email.

How do I import my data from Excel or Airtable?

More → Import data, then choose your file. Check the preview before importing; nothing is changed until you confirm.

How do I export everything?

More → Export my data. You get one file with all your vehicles, customers, bookings, payments and invoices.

How do I cancel?

Message us on WhatsApp. Your subscription ends at the close of the period already paid, and you keep access to export your data.
