Fleetys is operated by TWELVE CAR RENTAL CO. L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai (Commercial License No. 1281752, Commercial Register No. 2171313), Office 11-306, Rigga Business Centre, Al Muraqqabat, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, P.O. Box 145020. In these terms, “Fleetys”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

These terms apply to companies that subscribe to Fleetys and to the people they invite. By creating a company in Fleetys, you accept them on behalf of your company.

The service

Fleetys lets a car rental company manage its vehicles, bookings, payments, invoices, vehicle checks and bank reconciliation. Fleetys helps you keep your records; you remain responsible for your invoices, your VAT returns and your rental contracts.

Trial and subscription

• Every new company gets a 30-day free trial. No card is needed.
• After the trial, the subscription is paid monthly or yearly on the Fleetys website. Prices are shown in AED and exclude VAT.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; the subscription then ends at the close of the period already paid. Paid periods are not refunded.
• If a payment fails, we retry for 7 days. After that the app becomes read-only: you can still see and export your data, but not add to it.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You can export it at any time. You confirm that you have the right to record the customer data you enter, and you use it in line with UAE law.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fleetys to store data unrelated to your rental activity, to share accounts between companies, or to try to access another company's data.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Fleetys available and backed up, but we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. Fleetys is not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change that affects your rights or your price.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai.
